What buyers ask us first
What should I prepare before asking for a quote?
A description or photo of the product, the quantity you expect, the quality level you need and your destination. If you have a target price or a competitor’s retail price, even better.
How do I compare quotes from different factories?
Compare quotes on the same specification — same material, same size, same packaging, same Incoterm. A lower number usually means something was left out, and that difference shows up after the deposit is paid.
Which documents will I need?
At minimum a commercial invoice and packing list for the shipment, plus any certificate, test report or labelling your destination market requires for that product. We check that list before production, not at the port.
How do I avoid quality surprises?
Lock a sample first, agree the acceptance criteria, and inspect the finished goods against that sample before they ship. That single step prevents most of the problems buyers complain about.
Can I start with a small order?
Yes. Many clients test with one product and one carton, then scale to full containers once the supplier and the sample have proven themselves.
