Before you send your first brief
What exactly does a purchasing agent do for me?
We act between you and the supplier: sourcing, quotes, samples, negotiation, quality checks, consolidation and export documents. You keep the decisions and the supplier relationship; we do the chasing.
How do you charge?
A flat commission on the order — 7% for private clients, 5% for entrepreneurs, and a custom structure for partner arrangements. The rate is agreed in writing before we start.
Will my goods be checked before they ship?
Yes. Production is inspected against the sample you approved, and you receive photos plus a written report before the container is sealed.
Do you ship to my country?
We consolidate and ship worldwide, and we can work with your forwarder or arrange shipping ourselves. We have offices in China, England, Morocco, Israel, Indonesia, Argentina and the USA.
Do I need to speak Chinese or already have a supplier?
No. You can start with a photo, a link or a sample. We handle the factories, the language and the follow-up from there.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the product and the factory lead time. You get a realistic timeline with every quotation, and updates as production moves.
