What we check
Six points of control before shipping
A defect found in the factory costs a phone call. The same defect found in your warehouse costs a container. Everything below happens before the goods leave China.
Specification and sample lock
Product spec, tolerances, materials and packaging written down, and a golden sample approved by you — before production starts.
Supplier capability check
Factory visits, equipment and past performance reviewed, so the order goes to a supplier that can actually hold the standard at volume.
In-line inspection
Checks during production, while a problem is still correctable — not only at the end, when the run is already packed.
Pre-shipment inspection
Goods compared against the approved sample, with sampling and acceptance criteria agreed with you before the order is placed.
Photographs and written report
You see what we see: photos of the actual goods and packing, plus a written report you can act on or forward to your buyer.
Non-conformance handled
If the goods fail, the shipment is held, the problem documented, and the supplier required to rework, replace or credit before release.
Compliance
The paperwork that stops containers
Most delays at destination are not caused by the product. They are caused by a missing certificate, a wrong label or a document nobody checked.
Product compliance
The certificates, test reports and declarations your destination market requires — identified before production, not discovered at customs.
Labelling and packaging
Retail labels, barcodes, warnings, shipping marks and carton markings checked against your market’s rules and your own artwork.
Export documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and shipping documents prepared in the form your broker, bank or customs agent will accept.
Supplier due diligence
Business licence, export rights, certifications and background checks verified before we place an order in your name.
Trade rules and tariffs
Duty rates, origin rules and destination requirements reviewed with you at quotation stage, so the landed cost has no surprises.
Ethical and data standards
Fair dealing with suppliers, no undisclosed commissions, and your product data and designs kept confidential.
How it runs
From your standard to a sealed container
- Agree the standardSpec, sample, tolerances and packaging confirmed in writing, with the acceptance criteria for the batch.
- Approve the sampleThe golden sample is signed off by you and held as the reference for every later check.
- Check during productionIn-line checks catch correctable problems while the line is still running.
- Inspect before shipmentFinished goods inspected against the approved sample; photos and a written report sent to you.
- Release, rework or replacePass: we consolidate and ship. Fail: the shipment is held and the supplier fixes it first.

Common questions
Before you order an inspection
Can a third-party inspector be used?
Yes. If you nominate an agency — or your buyer does — we schedule the inspection, prepare the goods for it and attend on your side. We can also inspect with our own team when you prefer.
What happens if the goods fail inspection?
The shipment is held and does not leave the factory. You receive the report and photos, the supplier is required to rework or replace the affected quantity, and the goods are re-inspected before release.
Do you check compliance for my specific market?
We identify the certificates, labelling and documentation your destination normally requires and check the goods against them. Where a market-specific certification is needed, we arrange it with the factory or a testing laboratory.
Can you inspect goods from a supplier I already use?
Yes. Many clients keep their own suppliers and use us only for inspection, consolidation and documentation — either as a one-off or on every order.
How is this charged?
Inspection and follow-up are part of our purchasing service, charged as a flat commission on the order — 7% for private clients, 5% for entrepreneurs. Third-party inspection or laboratory fees, where you request them, are billed at cost.
Have goods ready to inspect?
Send us the product, the supplier and your standard. We will tell you what we would check and what it costs.
