What we control
Six points between your PO and your port
An order goes wrong in small steps — a specification that was never confirmed, a line that quietly slipped, a document that did not match the load. Each of these is managed as a checkpoint on its own.
Purchase order, checked
Your PO is verified against the approved specification, quantity and price, and anything unclear is queried before it is placed with the factory.
Specification and sample confirmed
Product, materials, tolerances, packing and artwork written down and agreed with the factory before production starts.
Written confirmation before work
What will be made, what it costs, when it ships and what we charge — confirmed in writing before a single unit is produced.
Production scheduled
The factory’s line is scheduled against your cut-off date, with milestones set so slippage shows up while there is still time to act.
Progress tracked and chased
Progress is checked at each milestone and raised with the factory whenever the schedule slips — before a slip becomes a missed closing date.
Consolidated and released
Goods from several suppliers consolidated, the documents matched to the load, and the shipment released to your forwarder.
The order file
Paperwork and confirmations, in writing
Every order runs from a single written file. If it is not in the file and confirmed by you, it is not an instruction we act on.
Purchase order
Placed with the factory in your name, against the quantity, price and specification you approved — and shared with you as part of the order file.
Specification sheet
Product, materials, tolerances, packing and artwork agreed with the factory and held as the reference for everything the order is judged against.
Written confirmation
What will be made, what it costs, when it ships and the commission we charge — set out in writing and agreed before production begins.
Commercial documents
Proforma and commercial invoice and packing list prepared to match the goods actually shipped, in the form your broker or bank expects.
Packing and shipping marks
Carton configuration, marks and labels set with the factory before production, so the load is packed to your instructions rather than to theirs.
Change control
Any change to specification, quantity or schedule after confirmation comes back to you in writing before it is made on the factory floor.

Common questions
Before you place an order
How does your commission work?
It is charged as a flat rate on the order value: 7% for private clients, 5% for entrepreneurs, with a partner plan for repeat volume. It is charged per order and confirmed in writing before work starts.
Who places the purchase order with the factory?
We do, in your name and against the specification you approved. You see the order file, and nothing is committed on your behalf without your confirmation in writing.
What happens if production falls behind?
We track the schedule at each milestone and raise a slipping order with the factory early. Where a delay threatens your cut-off date, we tell you as soon as we know it and put the options in front of you.
Can you follow an order with a supplier I already use?
Yes. Many clients keep their own factories and use us for order management, inspection and consolidation — for a single order or across a whole programme.
Can you combine several suppliers into one shipment?
Yes. We consolidate goods from multiple factories, match the documents to the load and release it to your forwarder as a single shipment.
Ready to place an order?
Send us the product, the quantity and your delivery window. We will come back with a quotation and a written confirmation.
