What changes
The buying is the same. The checking is not.
Two orders can look identical on paper and need completely different attention. These are the differences we plan for.
Regulated products
Anything with a safety, electrical or chemical dimension needs certificates and test reports identified before production — not chased at the port.
Fragile or bulky goods
Glass, ceramics and large items get packing checks, carton drop tests and a review of how the container is actually loaded.
Seasonal ranges
When the selling season is fixed, production slots and cut-off dates are planned backwards from your delivery window.
Fast-moving lines
Repeat items are re-ordered against the same approved sample, so the tenth order matches the first one.
Private label and packaging
Your artwork, barcodes, labels and carton markings are checked against the factory’s output before the run is packed.
High unit value
Where a single carton carries real money, sampling and acceptance criteria are tightened and the inspection is documented in more detail.
Common questions
Before you send your first brief
Can you handle a small first order?
Yes. Many clients start with one product and one carton to test quality and delivery, then scale to full containers once the sample and the supplier have proven themselves.
Do you work with online sellers?
Yes. We buy for sellers who need repeat supply of the same items, with consistent quality and packing that survives the last mile.
I already have suppliers in China. Is that a problem?
No. We can work with your existing suppliers — following orders, checking quality, consolidating shipments and preparing documents — or benchmark them against alternatives.
Do you ship to my country?
We consolidate and ship worldwide and can work with your forwarder or arrange shipping ourselves. Our offices are in China, England, Morocco, Israel, Indonesia, Argentina and the USA.
